In the afternoon of Nov 18th, Mr Nguyen Quoc Anh was appointed to Deputy Director of Quantity Surveyor Division. GD Tran Duc Toan and Deputy GD Nguyen Lam Cuong, Head of HR Management & Development along with the Division personnel was attended the ceremony.
